With immediate access to Rozzelles Ferry Road, which was recently improved with sidewalks, crossings and enhanced median and landscaping, Greenway Townhomes offers one of the shortest commutes to Uptown from any neighboring community.
Beauxwright’s vision for Greenway Townhomes is to create a cornerstone of the Historic West End community, with the property’s location near Five Points Plaza, the epicenter of revitalization and growth. Beauxwright and Dan Ryan Builders worked closely with Greenway Townhomes’ future neighbors during the year-long development of the community and subdivision. Greenway Townhomes will be built in two phases: the first will be 84 homes on 6.25 acres, the second will be 49 on 5.23 acres.
