About the Property
Bauhaus South Slope is uniquely situated in Asheville, one of America’s most beloved cities and an increasingly popular destination for retirees and second-home owners. The property features 17 luxury townhomes located next to McCormick Field, in the heart of the South Slope brewery district.
Believing in the quality of the real estate, Beauxwright and our partners acquired the land in 2017. We intended to create a residential development, knowing the property offered optionality for a variety of development plans. After thorough site study, it was determined that luxury townhomes would be the best use for the property, capitalizing on the convenient location to downtown Asheville shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
