Beauxwright was able to successfully acquire the property as a result of our relationships, creativity and entrepreneurial approach. Our team believed in the quality of the location, walkable to breweries, restaurants, entertainment and office space. We envisioned future development and growth in the area, which would further enhance the desirability and connectivity of this new community. Beauxwright’s strong relationship and rapport with the City of Charlotte Planning Department enabled our team to overcome a consequential development challenge -- securing the last remaining capacity for sewer at the time within 90 days of executing the land purchase contract.
