About the Property
Our mixed-use project in the Pendleton West area of Greenville, SC, is part of the larger Pendleton West master plan.
Beauxwright’s development will include new construction for condominiums and commercial usage. This new section of the project is adjacent to the office building we acquired in 2022. The two-story building was originally constructed in 2008, and includes approximately 10,673 RSF of Class A creative office suites.
Like the existing office building, the new phase of residential and mixed-use development is designed to fit in with the historical mill character of Greenville’s West End. Beauxwright’s acquisition of these multiple properties includes a 52-parking space surface lot. Parking is quickly dwindling in this fast-growing section of the city. With our acquisition, we can create a less complicated structure that will maximize parking for each of the two parcels.
Planned features for the development include a private pocket park and public art displays.
The property is located directly across the street from Brixton Hall, a Beauxwright development that will include street-level retail and a 98-unit hotel property. This adjacency creates even greater optionality for parking that could potentially be shared among the properties, and will help add to the momentum underway in this revitalized area of Greenville.
