The city of Charlotte continues to grow at a steady pace, and home prices are following suit. Many homebuyers are looking for better value in the suburban communities of South Charlotte, but it’s not an easy quest. The historically low inventory of homes in this area of the city means there’s a struggle to keep up with the expanding population, which has increased by 7.1% over the last five years.
