Charlotte-based Beauxwright LLC purchases Pendleton West in Greenville

Beauxwright LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, acquired Pendleton West, a property in Greenville’s West End for an undisclosed sum, the company announced Aug. 10.
Pendleton West is located on Mallard Street across from Beauxwright’s development Brixton Hall, which will feature street-level retail and a 98-key boutique hotel, and includes:
· A 10,673 rentable-square-feet Class A office building
· A vacant adjacent parcel
· A 52-space parking lot
