A new townhome community called McNeil Court is coming to Greenville’s North Main neighborhood.

Approximately 34 to 38 two-story luxury townhomes are planned on McNeil Court, along Ashley Avenue, starting this summer. Charlotte-based Copper Builders and Beauxwright are teaming up to complete the development.

“McNeil Court offers sophisticated, low-maintenance living while placing residents just steps from the best dining, shopping and entertainment right down Main Street,” said William Donahue, president of Copper Builders’ Greenville division.

Coldwell Banker Caine announced the sales launch for McNeil Court on March 31. Prices for each townhome will start at $1 million. Amanda Hamet, president of Coldwell Banker Caine, said McNeil Court represents the best of what today’s buyers are looking for – exceptional design, convenience and location.

Phase one of McNeil Court will feature three- and four-bedroom townhomes with 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms. The townhomes will have an open-concept layout, ranging from approximately 1,692 to 2,418 square feet.

Residents will be able to select from three interior design packages that feature:

  • High-end finishes
  • Gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and custom cabinetry
  • Private outdoor living spaces

“Every detail of McNeil Court has been thoughtfully considered to create an intimate, stylish community that naturally reflects the timeless character of the neighborhood,” said Lauren Buckland, Coldwell Banker Caine’s vice president of sales and broker-in-charge.
