Sales have opened for a townhome community taking shape in Greenville’s North Main neighborhood.

McNeil Court is a collaboration between Charlotte-based Copper Builders and Beauxwright, according to a news release.

This first phase of McNeil Court will feature two floor plans — spanning two stories with three- and four-bedroom options — ranging from approximately 1,692 to 2,418 square feet, according to the release, with prices “starting in the $1 millions.”

“This is a special opportunity to bring a new level of craftsmanship and luxury to one of Greenville’s most beloved neighborhoods,” said William Donahue, president of Copper Builders’ Greenville division, in the release. “McNeil Court offers sophisticated, low-maintenance living while placing residents just steps from the best dining, shopping, and entertainment right down Main Street.”

McNeil Court offers open-concept layouts where residents can select from three interior design packages, the release stated. High-end finishes, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and custom cabinetry, and private outdoor living spaces are featured in the designs.

“Every detail of McNeil Court has been thoughtfully considered to create an intimate, stylish community that naturally reflects the timeless character of the neighborhood,” said Lauren Buckland, vice president of sales, broker-in-charge of Coldwell Banker Caine, in the release. “With limited options for new construction in North Main, this is an incredible opportunity to be part of something truly special.”

McNeil Court marks Copper Builders’ first project of this scale in Greenville, as the firm expands its presence in the Upstate, the release stated.

“We are thrilled to bring our expertise in high-quality residential development to Greenville,” said Amanda Hamet, president of Coldwell Banker Caine, in the release. “McNeil Court represents the best of what today’s buyers are looking for—exceptional design, convenience, and a location that simply can’t be beat.”
