Sales are launching for a townhome community called McNeil Court in the North Main area of Greenville.
The development, minutes from Downtown Greenville, is a collaboration between Copper Builders and Beauxwright, both based in Charlotte.
This first phase of McNeil Court will feature two floor plans – three- and four-bedroom options on two levels. They will range from 1,692 to 2,418 square feet.
“This is a special opportunity to bring a new level of craftsmanship and luxury to one of Greenville’s most beloved neighborhoods,” said William Donahue, President of the Greenville division of Copper Builders. “McNeil Court offers sophisticated, low-maintenance living while placing residents just steps from the best dining, shopping and entertainment on Main Street.”
McNeil Court townhomes will have open-concept layouts with private outdoor living spaces; residents can select from three interior design packages.
“Every detail of McNeil Court has been thoughtfully considered to create an intimate, stylish community,” said Lauren Buckland, Vice President of Sales, Broker-In-Charge of Coldwell Banker Caine. “With limited options for new construction in North Main, this is an incredible opportunity to be part of something special.”
McNeil Court is Copper Builders’ first project of scale in Greenville. The company is currently developing custom homes in Montebello.
