Construction To Start January 2021
Charlotte, NC - Beauxwright, LLC, is proud to announce the launch of their Greenway Townhomes project, located on 11.4 acres along Rozzelles Ferry Road in Charlotte’s emerging Historic West End. Beauxwright’s purchase of the land for Greenway Townhomes was closed on Dec. 21, 2020. Beauxwright will start sitework in January. Dan Ryan Builders will start home construction in June. When completed, Greenway Townhomes will feature 133 three-bedroom homes with easy access to Uptown Charlotte, and nearby outdoor amenities and restaurants. Greenway Townhomes will be move-in ready by the end of 2021.

Greenway Townhomes is located between Rozzelles Ferry Road and West Trade Street, between the Stewart Creek Greenway and Judson Avenue, near the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Greenway Townhomes will be built in two phases: the first will be 84 homes on 6.25 acres, the second will be 49 on 5.23 acres. Each home will feature three bedrooms (some with a four-bedroom option), with a garage and study or bonus room on the first level, and main living on the second floor, with expansive kitchen dining space. Homes will be priced in the high $300s.
